Charlie has started wearing hats. I believe this is a step in the right direction. If he goes the entire winter without wearing clothes it's official, we have given birth to a nudist.

Percy is not impressed.

If you charm bouncy balls to bounce on their own and hit Muggle targets you will be caught. If you charm a slinky to chase after individuals, I repeat, you will be caught.
